Privacy notice

Nina's Bridal Alterations is a small alterations business. This notice explains, plainly, what happens to the information you give us through this website.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, your wedding or event date, and whatever you tell us about the garment. We do not ask for and do not want payment details through this website.

What we use it for

To reply to you and to arrange your appointment. That is all. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to serve you, and appointment records for as long as is reasonable for a business of this kind. Ask us to delete your information and we will.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful: how many people visited a page, roughly where they came from, and which of the call, text, email and booking buttons get used. Google Analytics sets cookies to do that. Advertising and remarketing signals are switched off, so your visit is not used to target ads at you, and none of this is used to identify you personally.

Third parties

Appointment booking is handled by Booksy, and the map on our contact page is served by Google Maps. When you use those features, their own privacy policies apply. Photographs posted to Instagram and Facebook are governed by those platforms.

Photographs of your gown

We never publish a photograph of your gown, your face or your name without asking you first. If you have given permission and change your mind, tell us and it comes down.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just get in touch.
